Outsourced OTA

Prodo provides operators with an OTA outsourcing service to help carriers add, fix or replace a given file or service in their SIM cards.

The outsourced service helps operators balance the cost of actually owing a platform and meeting specific needs. Such needs may range from changing files such as the Service Provider Name (SPN), PLMNs and FPLMNs to changing the SMSC number embedded in SIM, STK menu structure updates, or adding a new service such as Mcommerce.

Because the outsourcing service requires minimum operator involvement, it is ideal for both large and small companies that do not wish to allocate resources or devote the significant technical expertise necessary to implement OTA capabilities.
