Creating Exclusiveness

One of our Pan-African partner Operators has asked us for a solution to differentiate premium subscribers through OTA personalisation. In this effect Prodo has integrated with the different Operator's Customer Care centres so that they can differentiate customers by changing their VIP customers display. This unique initiative will attempt to help create easily recognisable exclusive services and rewards to the Operator's most valued customers. In all, over 2'000'000 subscribers with close to 200 different SIM profiles in about 16 Operations will be updated.
